How do I create an account?
Users cannot sign up on their own. Accounts are created internally by our company after a proper onboarding process.
How do I update the app?
Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, and scroll to see available updates. Tap "Update" next to the app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to drawer menu within the app, select "Delete Account." This action is permanent.
The app is crashing or not working properly.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device or reinstall the app. Make sure you're running the latest version.
